how to make a doll nail file and cotton balls!

you will need a popsicle stick,a marker or 2 or 3,cotton balls,and scissors!

1. cut your popsicle stick down to size

2. then color your popsicle with any color add designs or even on the edges color it white with a crayon

3. take your cotton balls and rip apart  gently

4. roll the mini cotton balls ... well into balls!:D

and now you have a mini nail care set .... well almost commet and subcribe ! :D
